Taxi Butler PLUS - Taxi Booking

Taxi Butler PLUS is a 6-inch handheld touchscreen device for staff who need greater control over bookings. Powered by battery or mains electricity and connects via 4G or Wi-Fi. Staff can choose from an unlimited number of vehicle types, set pick-up times, add passenger details, accept contactless payments via Taxi Butler PAY and manage all active bookings directly on the screen. After booking, the guest receives a QR code to track their taxi in real time. Features include address search with autocomplete, pre-set popular destinations, receipt printing and language selection (English, French, Spanish, German). Aimed at concierge desks and hotels where the guest experience is a top priority.

About Taxi Butler

Taxi Butler is a taxi booking device for hotels, bars and restaurants that lets you order a taxi with just one click. The solution is much simpler and faster than different web alternatives and the device is more robust and less theft-prone than an iPad. It also only needs power to function (it has an integrated 4G-modem).

The Butler is integrated to the dispatch system and then preprogrammed to order taxis from only your company. In this way you can make sure that the clients order their taxis from your company and not from others.

The device has a color display that shows live updates on your arrival time and car details. It is developed in Holland in cooperation with TomTom and is of very high quality. No big investments are necessary to get started with the Taxi Butler, they are rented out for a low, monthly cost.

Note: The cost above is the monthly fee to run the unit, including SIM and data costs. In addition to this there is a starting fee of SEK 995 that is charged the first month.
