Pointguard is thrilled to announce a groundbreaking partnership with UVC/GoRide, the largest cab company in Washington, DC. As part of this exciting new deal UVC/GoRide will install the innovative iToplight 2.0 and the D300 model on all its 900 vehicles. Licensed by the Department For-Hire Vehicles (DFHV), UVC is set to enhance the taxi experience for drivers and passengers alike with this state-of-the-art technology.
The iToplight 2.0 represents a new era in taxi roof signage. More than just a sign, it is a powerful communication platform that allows taxis to display dynamic messages, fares, special offers, and public information with unmatched clarity.

The Pointguard Companion App and Smarttrig Bluetooth module provide drivers and company administration with easy control over the iToplight, enabling them to remotely update messages and trigger displays. Additionally, Pointguard's 3rd party API facilitates smooth integration with other apps and dispatch systems, making it easier than ever for UVC/GoRideto manage its fleet.
Moreover, the iToplight network will serve as vibrant and very visible media channel, offering a dynamic platform for DFHV and marketing companies to utilize in their advertisement campaigns.
