Swedish taxi companies can now offer their customers a new, innovative taxi booking service that stands out from the crowd thanks to its simplicity. Taxi Butler is a device that is placed in locations where many taxi bookings are made, such as hotels, restaurants, bars, stations, etc. With a single click, customers can order a taxi via a direct connection to the company's dispatch center. Customers then receive real-time updates on expected arrival times, etc., on Taxi Butler's color screen. The device only needs power to function; all communication takes place automatically via the built-in modem.

Taxi Butler has been around for a while in Europe and has proven to generate many bookings for the companies that have joined. The pricing model is simple: you only pay a fixed monthly fee per Butler. There are no additional fees; everything is included.

In collaboration with Taxi Butler and Pointguard, TAXIsystem and Halda are now the first system providers in Sweden to offer their affiliated taxi companies bookings via Taxi Butler.
