Our new school sign
Uppsala, Sweden - 2025-08-01
After long and extensive development work, Pointguard is launching the new School Sign. Model 525 is a completely redesigned fifth-generation school sign and has been reworked from the ground up to be robust, reliable, and easy to maintain.
The sign complies with the Swedish Transport Agency’s regulations (1970:340) and, like the previous model, uses low-power yet bright LED lighting that provides even, pleasant illumination.
Model 525 features four orange LED blink-lights, now protected inside the sign—a key improvement over the previous model. This protects the lights from weather, wind, and washing.
As with Pointguard’s previous school signs, this model is spring-loaded, meaning it automatically folds down with the wind at higher speeds—minimizing noise and fuel consumption.

New regulations for taxi price lists
Sweden - 2013-06-28
New regulations for taxi price lists came into effect on June 1, 2013. Among other things, the new regulations stipulate that price lists must always be visible and that they must be permanently displayed and affixed. There are also new provisions regarding the design of price lists and requirements that all additional charges be reported.
Through the web service Taxiprislista.se, Pointguard helps taxi companies design taxi price lists that comply with current regulations. Customers quickly and easily fill in the necessary information on taxiprislista.se, then Pointguard's experienced designers take over and optimize the layout of the price lists. After the customer's approval, the price lists are printed at Pointguard's printing facility and sent directly to the customer by mail.
By cutting out all middlemen, Pointguard can offer price lists of the highest quality at a very competitive price. That is why nearly 300 small and large taxi companies have chosen Taxiprislista.se as their supplier of taxi price lists.

The Click and Go system consists of two different plates: an upper plate and a lower base plate. The base plate contains the lighting, which of course consists of the latest LED technology.
